Good facilitation makes meetings work for everyone and allows for all voices to be heard. This is an important part of how XRUK's non-hierarchical Self-Organising System (SOS) operates. UK Self-Organising System

Location: XR UK (UK Wide)

Our aim is to establish clear, functional, and transparent self-organisation throughout XR UK, which inspires, equips, and supports people to work effectively together in a decentralised way, whilst also maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships and accountable use of power. In order to do that, we provide training and coaching to individuals and teams in XR UK and take feedback on a regular basis to improve the ways we self-organise.
