Recruiter/Integrator (XR North)

Would you enjoy motivating, mentoring, and supporting people to find their perfect role within XR North?

This essential role is focussed on recruiting, welcoming and onboarding new volunteers. You will ensure that every new joiner finds their feet, feels valued, supported, and connected with our community, and knows what training opportunities and resources are available to support them in their volunteering.

As Integrator/Recruiter for XRNorth, you will:

• Maintain oversight of unfilled roles
• Liaise with the Anchor North team to publicise roles
• Post roles, update and respond applications on the XR Volunteer Website and Reach Volunteering
• Answer emails from new volunteers
• Arrange times to meet new volunteers online to onboard them - giving them relevant links and sign-posting them to other members of the Anchor Circle for next steps
• Attend fortnightly Anchor Circle meetings on Zoom when necessary, to update the Anchor Circle on recruitment/integration and ascertain where further support is needed.

Potentially financial support - Voluntary Living expenses [VLE] - is available for this role. Either one person part-time or two people half of part-time; whatever feels manageable alongside your other commitments.
