For the next six months, XRUK needs a Strategy Team Internal Coordinator who will support the team in ensuring that the 2025 strategy is embedded and understood, and offer support to UK circles on implementation as required. They should work with the individual holding the Process Design role to continue to embed learnings in how the team functions.
The role is not to set a strategic direction and the IC the Hive elects should be prepared to work within the current framework and be committed to being part of a team that works together to deliver the 2025 strategy.
(Please be aware that some of the Strategy Team mandates and policies are under review)
