The Allies team is a friendly, dynamic and growing team within the Operations circle. Our purpose is to support XRUK to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with external groups and organisations that meet the strategic need to achieve a wider spectrum of support for XRUK’s demands. By collaborating with those groups, we can then support each other to strengthen resistance and bring about positive change. We look after relationships around Restore Nature Now and other collaborative actions, campaigns and events.
The IC helps the Allies team:
Stay focused on its goals and values,
Make sure everyone understands their roles,
Keep communications clear and tasks moving forward,
Keep team members supported and energised.
If you enjoy supporting others, making things run smoothly, and helping people feel seen and valued, this team is essential for keeping XR visible and effective in working alongside external organisations.
The IC role can be shared, and you won’t be alone. We’d love to support you as you grow into it. If you're interested but unsure, let’s have a chat!
